Year 6 have been studying the Brazilian artist Romero Britto this term. We learnt that his unique style is inspired by cubism and graffiti art. His 'Happy Art Movement' aims to create a world with more compassion. The children created portraits in Britto's style, mixing a black and white photograph and self-portrait sketch with bold, vibrant backgrounds.
