Science - Balloon Loudspeakers

We were delighted to welcome Keith McFarlane to school today to lead scientific exploration with KS2 classes. Each child was given a balloon to inflate and those who managed not to pop them up were able to carry out experiments with sound amplification. The balloons made surprisingly effective loudspeakers.
