What a surprise for the children in Yr 6 - the Grinch came to steal Christmas!

Year 6 used this event as a stimulus for writing. Having a sense of purpose helps to improve outcomes for writing and allows the children to write for pleasure. This ‘visit’ enabled the children to write a report on the ‘theft’…the Grinch showed a clean pair of heels after his visit and disappeared!
