New Year Reading Challenge

Our children in Key Stages 1 and 2 have been set an exciting a Reading Challenge. This is designed to encourage them to try high quality, engaging texts and to show them that they can tackle something more challenging.  It will also increase the pace and frequency of the books that we are reading.
 
The Key Stage 2 children have a reading passport and a ‘London Underground’ display. There will be prizes in each class for the child who reads the most and for the child who reads the most books from a particular genre as listed on the display. Prizes will be handed out on World Book Day on 7th March.
