Leavers' 2020 - the final fling...

On the last day of the summer term, St Mary's hosted it's usual Leavers' assembly, but with a twist - due to the virus, the parents were unable to come into the school, but they were able to join us virtually. The children were excited by this new technology, which worked extremely well on the day, and it meant a lot to them that they were able to see their parents on the big screen. They presented a selection of Roald Dahl's 'Revolting Rhymes' for the parents' entertainment and the Leavers' and Achievement Awards were handed out. Later in the day, each child was given a book of photos from their time at St Mary's, having received their 2020 Leavers' hoodies earlier in the term. We wish them all every success as they move on to the next stage of their education.
