Architecture Workshop

29th June 2015
Our Year 4 children have been involved in a fascinating Architecture Workshop.  They built a Mayan Temple structure from sticks and rubber bands which was nearly as high as the roof of the hall.  Year 3 built a Egyptian pyramid which was equally as impressive.  The workshop encouraged teamwork and cooperation and supported maths, DT, science and engineering aspects of the curriculum.  Our thanks go to Martin Jennings who ran the workshop.  More details can be found here
