Today we were delighted to have a visit from Sussex Green Living, an eco-organisation educating children in the best ways to protect the planet, providing ideas that prove that living an environmentally friendly lifestyle, respecting nature and reducing that all important carbon footprint can save you money and give peace of mind to live and enjoy a sustainable future. Every class had an opportunity to visit the van and learn about recycling, re-using items and reducing waste. At the end of the day, the visitors held an assembly in the School Hall to further emphasise the things that the children had learnt throughout the day. A very instructive and enjoyable day was had by all, thank you!
