A fantastic weekend was had by the children in Yr 5 at the Bowles Rocks Outdoor Centre, near Tunbridge Wells. During their 2 day trip, they packed in in 6 activities that we are unable to offer them at school: zip wire, treetop challenge, archery, canoeing, rock climbing and skiing (Mrs Copus was especially good at this last activity, see photo) Sadly the Camp Fire was cancelled, due to the inclement weather, but instead a Film Night was organised and the children very much enjoyed watching 'The Greatest Showman'. They also enjoyed time spent with their friends, sleeping in bunk beds and eating the delicious food. Thank you to all the staff who gave up their weekend (and got up so early and so often) to accompany the children: Mrs Bryan, Mrs Lees, Mrs Copus, Miss Callender and Miss Sleat.
