Yr 3 Novium Visit

Ave! Yr 3 spent a fascinating day with staff from the Novium Museum in  Chichester learning all about the lives and times of a Roman soldier. They were able to handle lots of Roman artefacts, as well as try on a centurion's costume. They also learnt how to build a Roman villa. These artefacts enriched the children’s learning and they were lucky enough to try on the costumes and think about what it would be like to be a centurion. Thank you to   the Novium Museum staff for their enrichment of this topic for the children.
