The school hall was packed by the children in KS2 this morning when Spirit FM radio came to call! We welcomed Milly Luxford and her trusty camera as she came to record the children singing for the 'School of the Week' feature and also to speak to some of our Yr 6 children for 'Small Talk'. The children sang beautifully, led by Mr Rogers and ably accompanied by Mr Hancock, and following the recording, Milly chatted to Lola R, Aggy S, Chené du P, Erin J, Zion E and William O... and they told her some truly terrible jokes for 'Small Talk'.
The video of the children singing will be available to view on the Spirit FM facebook page and also on the Spirit FM website from Monday 24 February and the 'Small Talk' interviews will be broadcast during the same week in the breakfast show at 7.45am with Stuart McGinley and again at 3.30pm during 'Hometime' with Milly herself.
