Arundel Wetland Centre

19th May 2016
Year 5 and 6 enjoyed a fantastic day out at Arundel Wetlands Centre where they learnt about migration, pond habitats and animal adaptation. Highlights included: the crystal-clear waters at the Icelandic Exhibit where you could see the ducks diving for their food; pretending to go on a migration around the centre, considering some of the difficulties the birds may face; and pond dipping, catching water boatmen and damsel-fly nymphs. A big thank you to all the staff at Arundel for an amazing trip!
